Manage Company Notifications

  1. Go to Booking → Settings → Notifications

  2. The company tab will be selected by default

  3. A list with all notifications will appear

  4. Switch on or off the notification to start or stop receiving them

Manage Customers Notifications

  1. Go to Booking → Settings → Notifications

  2. Select the Customers tab

  3. A list with all notifications will appear

Manage Teams Notifications

  1. Go to Booking → Settings → Notifications

See the account Logs

  1. Go to Booking → Settings → Notifications

  2. Select the Teams tab

  3. A list with the most relevant events in your account will be displayed

How to edit Notifications

  1. Go to Booking → Settings → Notifications

  2. When browsing any of the tabs, you'll see a column named "Operations" to the right

  3. Click the button "Edit message", a popup will appear

  4. The current message will appear, edit the message and add tags to personalize the message even more

  5. When done click update
